Refund policy

The Founder’s Edition

Within 14 days of buying the Founder’s Edition you can have a full refund, for any reason. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles refunds: reply to Paddle’s receipt email, use paddle.net, or write to support@etern-kv.net.

After 14 days we look at each request, and we always refund where the law requires it — for example a duplicate purchase, or an Edition that never arrived.

After a refund the Edition leaves your account the next time the app looks, and its number is retired, never given to anyone else.

In the EU and UK, digital content delivered at once can end the legal right of withdrawal when you agree to it at checkout; the 14-day refund above applies all the same.
